The top blogs this afternoon were #1 Breaking News and Opinion on the Huffington Post: Headlines "Israel masses more Troops, Tanks along Gaza Border". #2 Gismodo, the gadget guide. Very BUSY page, but there was an article on the first page that was interesting, titled "Best gadgets of 2008". #3 TechCrunch, #4 Engadget - the first article will get your blood pressure up: the gov. of Oregon is proposing a tax on your mileage since fuel efficient vehicles are cutting down on fuel tax. GRRRR!!!

I suppose the tool I'd choose would be Ping us. This gives Blog quality guidelines and then allows you to send your blog for review.
